• Rich taste with mild heat. Roasts well into a buttery flavor. 

• Plump, easy peel cloves. Approximately 4-6 cloves per bulb. White, tightly wrapped bulbs. Being a magnificent performer in yield and size, they are the largest of the garlic plants. 

• Originates from the mountainous region of Cichisdzhvari in the Republic of Georgia. Well adapted to most growing climates.

• Produces edible scapes.
