All packaging is vac-sealed. Steaks are sold 2 per package, 3/4" - 1" thick cut. All beef is sold frozen.
Our beef is processed & packaged through a USDA compliant butchery.

We are a very small scale beef producer and have put our focus into offering individual cuts. If there is interest in whole, halves, & quarter beef shares, give us some feedback so we can get that ball rolling for you. We are now raising up our 2026 & 2027 steers.
